Using FineArtPost to create host and maintain your site is subject to the following restrictions and terms of agreement:

Space usage: The annual usage fee will cover 150 images. Accounts that exceed 150 images will be assessed fees as follows:
150-200 images $20 per year
200-250 images $35per year
over 200 images contact us for a quote.

Limits on liability: FineArtPost strives to keep your site online 24hours per day 7 days per week. If your site goes offline we will make every effort to restore service, However we cannot be help accountable for lost sales or other damages due to outages of service.

The following activities are strictly forbidden and can result in the termination of your account.

• Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages to irrelevant UsetNet newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted by FineArtPost)
• Sites containing pornographic material or sites which contain links to adult sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions of performing illegal activities. (Please note for the purposes of this policy nudity and erotic content does not in itself constitute pornography. FineArtPost is very aware of the sometimes blurry line that distinguishes art from its ugly cousin pornography. The final judgment of what will be barred will be made by FineArtPost so feel free to consult with FineArtPost if you are uncertain about specific works.
• Violations of copyright law, such as posting works to which you do not own the copyright or making misrepresentations about the authorship of a work.
• Violations and attempted violations of system & network security. Or any type of tampering with the system with the purpose to inflict harm.
