Keeping track of which images have been updated.

The check off system is used to keep track of which images have had data updates and which have not. When an image is first uploaded it is marked as unchecked. One has the opportunity to mark the image as checked , after data updates are made to the image(note this option only appears when updating single images), The purpose is to allow users to be able to select a subset of images for making data updates choosing only those images that have not yet been processed.

You may wish to leave the image as unchecked, if you anticipate making further changes.

The option "Edit image data for single image: choose from list" shows all images that have not been checked off.
