Working with a single image
One may select a single image to edit from a list, or via image “search for image” page. Image search results are displayed as thumbnails and you may select one to edit by clicking on the text “see detail/edit”
Data is entered via the text boxes, radio buttons and pull down menus on the form. To complete the data entry click the “update” button. This will enter the data in the database and take you to a confirmation page. The confirmation page shows the data associated with the image. The confirmation page also allows one to mark the image as checked off (i.e. updates are complete for this image) Checking off the image will cause the image not to appear the next time you go to the “choose from list” page. You may also use the confirmation page to uncheck an image that had been previously checked off.
Please note that the check off option is only available after single image updates and not after updates of multiple images.
